Your Car Dashboard- A Powerful Internet Connected Device

Your Car Dashboard - A Powerful Internet Connected Device

Have you ever thought that you should be able to shop online or prepare dinner while driving?  Would you like your car to suggest a better route using the internet, or stream your favorite music specifically?  The computer inside the car is directing many tasks of the car.  This computer is responsible for various safety and diagnostic features, most recently providing internet access for cars driving instructions, audio streaming and cell phone connectivity.  In the years to come, cars will automatically drive and become an integral part of our digital universe, better cars are being made through technology and it will also contribute to raising the quality of your life as you move towards the future.

Google has joined hands with the automobile industry to bring the iPad and Android devices to the car's main console.  Cars will now be able to connect to Wi-Fi access points or 4G networks and access the Internet, just like modern smartphones.

One of the immediate benefits of this is quick access to information.  Real-time traffic data, weather for drivers.  Shop hours and a lot of other information is available.  You also get access to all the apps you want.  An example of this is the Pandora service, which allows you to listen to free, ad-supported music on a station you create yourself.  Another advantage is the entertainment of your passengers or children, some vehicles have a screen for the back seat on which the DVD Can be run.  People who subscribe to the online video streaming service can also get this service in their vehicle.  From a tablet-like interface, your kids can choose a movie or educational game according to his or her mood from a predefined set of movies.

However, having such a tool in your hand can distract you from driving.  There is no doubt that there should be safety features to prevent accidents.  Fortunately, there is technology available that allows the driver to not even touch the dashboard.  Voice recognition.

Just as Apple's "Siri" has completely changed the way iPhone is used, such systems are installed on the new dashboards.  It allows drivers to listen to e-mail messages, social network updates, and predictions on the way to work

some companies have begun to implement this technology.  However, the real revolution will come when you can do as much work as you do while driving while sitting in one place on your laptop.  Change allows users to focus on driving and work  Will make it possible.  Google and Mercedes are testing self-driving cars, which could be available in the next ten years.  Will you spend to get it when it arrives?  Would it be convenient for you to start your own car while working on your laptop or tablet?

Next generation user interfaces

Have you ever given a presentation and thought it would be nice if you could interact with the whiteboard like a computer screen?  Wouldn't it be nice to have a digital whiteboard with different pennies to work on the project together?  Traditional mice and keyboards work great when interacting with a computer, but sometimes it's better to have more options.  Recently, touch screens and voice recognition have introduced two new ways of interface, in the future, larger touch screens that can recognize different users will allow multiple people to work on a single screen, and recent innovations in video capture technology allow computers to leave the desktop and enter the yoga studio.  Technology is creating better interfaces and will continue to improve your life as you look to the future.

Many changes have taken place with the designing interfaces. The first simple fact is that people have different preferences.  Some will prefer to communicate with friends via text message while others will communicate verbally.  Therefore,.  It is doubtful whether a single interface will prevail.  Another challenge is the ergonomic features, which means it has to be comfortable to use.

the touch-screen interfaces in tablets and smartphones, many people think that it will soon be available in all home and business computers as well.  In futuristic movies, people use both hands to interact with the big screen, a setup that allows a person to interact with multiple elements at once.  The only problem with multi-touch, multi-gesture screens is that it is not comfortable to hold your hands too long.  Knowing this, many companies grow.  Looking for interactive surfaces that can do the same thing by placing them flat on the desk.  Microsoft has also developed a product called "Pixelsense" that acts like a large, interactive table. It responds to both human interaction and the objects placed on it.
The strain on a person's neck from wearing it makes it less likely to be used for a long time.

The ideal use of pixelsense seems to be in collaboration and teamwork.  Voice recognition is another form of available input.  But it still needs a lot of improvement.  Computers are becoming more and more good at obeying specific voice commands.  But they cannot be involved in everyday conversation or in complying with complex requests.  Researchers are working in the field of artificial intelligence to improve natural language processing to help computers understand their writing and language.  When it is fully developed, you can talk to another person as well as the computer.  Both the cameras and the software seem sophisticated to interpret your movements and gestures.  In addition to improving the yoga routine by analyzing the form, the Kinect system for the Xbox One has the ability to use body movements to interact with various genes and fitness programs.

Researchers at MIT are working on cameras that can monitor your gestures and the physical elements you interact with to communicate with your computer.  In the future, computers will adapt their emotions and expressions to the point where they can be seen, but they will see your frustration with an operation and take corrective action to alleviate it.

The next step in computer communication is to have "augmented reality." Microsoft HoloLens acts as a chana monitor that covers real-world text and images.  What kind of interface do you currently use to replace most keyboards? Do you think augmented reality will be the future of keyboards and mice? Prefer more? Do you think touch-screen interfaces?
