However, the BCCI has not yet given any official confirmation in this regard. The BCCI will meet on May 29. The official announcement of the IPL is likely to be made during the same meeting. Discussions are underway to reduce the 9-day gap between India and England in the second and third Tests. The five-match Test series between India and hosts England starts on August 4.
